这次实践活动，我们的口号是“领悟时代新力量，争做红色筑梦人”，因此，我们将实践活动划分为两部分：“领悟”，“筑梦”。“领悟”是感受当下的社会发展，了解当前的社会状况，为此，我们参观了业内领先的公司—北京神策数据公司。我们在公司与产品市场研发小组进行了讨论，了解到大数据时代下当前社会以前所未有的方式发展，社会在进步，生活在变好，城市在变大，同时农村的一些留守儿童和空巢老人也在不断增多，我们实践的第二个部分“筑梦”也由此而展开。
	“筑梦”，主要关注农村留守儿童和空巢老人的实际生活和精神生活。为此，我们在河北省元氏县南因镇北凡小学进行了第二部分的实践活动。我们将募捐而来的生活学习用品发放给学生，然后开展了一系列教育启蒙活动，做了一些有趣的化学实验，孩子们兴趣盎然地进行学习，我认为这或多或少在孩子们心中种下了一颗种子，他们了解了外面的世界，以后努力走出去。另外，我们还分小队对空巢老人进行了探望，教会每一位爷爷奶奶使用手机等电子设备，减少他们独居的寂寞感。
	最后，实践队制作了《农村教育新模式》等纪录片并在bilibili等网站发布，实践队的每一个队员还与留守儿童建立了一对一的长期联系，作为大哥哥大姐姐时刻在他们身边，这次实践活动让我看到了当下社会的发展和一些问题，同时也帮助了孩子和老人，是一件有意义的事。
